7-ELEVEN gets payback on investment
Only a year after the launch, the investement is earnt back

7-ELEVEN was the first convenience retailer in Denmark to install flat screens in all stores. Acrossmedia was chosen as hardware and content supplier.

The purpose was to strengthen the image of the chain, but above all the cooperation has led to an increase in sales of the products that are promoted on the screens.

Jeppe Wad, Market director at 7-ELEVEN in Denmark, states:
- When we run large campaigns, we can see sales increasing. When we lowered the price on milk recently, and ran the campaign on the instore screens, sales increased more than 500 percent and landed at index 536.
(Translated from Danish).

(Berlingske Tidende - 05.25.2005)
With the success, 7-ELEVEN has earnt back their entire investment in the near future, and at the same time 7-ELEVEN expects to increase the amount of flat screens in every store, and supplement with electronic shelve displays.
